The Full-Service-Wedding-Package is offered at a fixed price. There are no additional costs. The goal is to provide a fully transparent budget control for you.

All services can be provided in German and English on request.

Concept & Design

• Customized Moodboard (visual overview of style, colors and ideas)
• Creation of the personal wedding concept including design, decoration concept and Procedure
• Itinerary planning
• Creation of your personal storybook: handmade and bound
• Assistance with the formalities around the marriage
• Unlimited calls and video calls

Budget

• Budget development and management
• Ongoing budget control

Vendors & Location

• Personalized presentation of at least 3 available locations
• Assistance with vendor selection of ceremony, reception venue, flowers, music, photographer, stationary, transportation etc.
• Vendor relations , Briefings & Management
• On request: Invitation management (dispatch and administration of feedback)
• Contract reviews and negotiations
• Booking and coordination of all service providers
• Final check of all bookings

Guest Management

• On Request: Travel and logistics management for guests
• On Requests: Program preparation and organization of the day after (brunch, sightseeing tour etc.)

Wedding Day of Coordination

• Creation and distribution of wedding day timeline and itinerary
• Final confirmation with vendors of timeline, directions to ceremony and venue
• Attend and coordinate wedding rehearsal
• Distributing the final payments and gratuities to all vendors if needed
• Ensuring that all vendors are adhering to your wishes during the day
• Packing up your personal and important items at the end of the night
• Wedding day emergency Bridal Kit

Further services like the planning and organization of the bridal styling, the honeymoon and the Thank-You-cards are available on request.
